Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Planner I to support production planning, material flow, inventory management, and on-time delivery objectives. The Planner will manage PCBA production schedules, WIP, finished-goods inventory, and material requirements while coordinating activities between the Hudson and Phoenix facilities.

The role requires strong planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills to support customer requirements and OTDO goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, production planning, or materials planning.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with logistical planning and scheduling of time-sensitive and high-priority projects.
• Strong skills with Excel and ERP/MRP systems, Oracle and FactoryLogix are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track PCBA production schedules for the Phoenix facility.
• Monitor WIP and finished goods inventory and support timely shipments.
• Maintain customer commit dates from the PCC facility in ERP/MRP system.
• Create requisitions and ISO planning between Hudson and Phoenix facilities.
