Emerald Technologies in Brea, CA is seeking a Production Planner/Scheduler to manage the flow of materials and products through the PCBA manufacturing process, ensuring on-time customer deliveries and efficient production.

You will coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Master Scheduler, use ERP/MRP systems, monitor WIP and schedule adherence, and identify risks to on-time delivery. This role offers competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing processes and delivery requirements.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Excel for planning and analytics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Master Scheduler on material availability.
• Use ERP/MRP to manage work orders, routing info, and documentation.
• Monitor WIP, performance, and schedule adherence; communicate risks to on-time delivery.
• Coordinate material movement and documentation for production schedules.
• Work with Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve conflicts.
• Analyze planning processes to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
