Qualifications

• 8+ years in SMT/PCB/PCBA manufacturing, not design.
• Hands-on floor experience troubleshooting manufacturing defects.
• Deep IPC‑A‑610 and IPC‑A‑600 knowledge.
• ITAR eligibility and experience in ITAR environments is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to drive yield and quality improvements on the line.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Provide hands-on, real-time troubleshooting of defects and issues.
• Partner with Production and Engineering on daily manufacturing floor activities.
• Analyze, diagnose, and disposition non-conformances and quality issues.
• Drive improvements in yield, process stability, and product quality.
• Serve as authority on SMT processes and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement across process, materials, and equipment.
