ImageTek Mfg., Inc. is seeking a PCBA Engineer to lead design, development, and optimization of PCB assembly processes. You will ensure high quality, cost-efficient production of electronic assemblies, collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The role focuses on improving SMT/THT manufacturing, supporting NPI, and maintaining IPC compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Eng and 2–3 years manufacturing experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft products.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
• Experience with electro/mechanical assembly, PCB or cable harness is a plus.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT, THT, reflow soldering, final inspection and testing.
• Program and optimize SMT and auxiliary equipment (pick and place, reflow ovens AOI, wave solder, conformal coating).
• Provide input on DF M and DFT during product development.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions and assembly guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to maintain production flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects and production issues on schedule.
• Analyze project requirements and develop plans for production implementation.
• Approve manufacturing documentation and ECOs.
• Assist in new business development and production quoting.
• Train production staff on newly installed equipment.
• Analyze capacity and resources to support production plans.
• Support NPI and prototype builds.
• Ensure IPC standards compliance.
