Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronics manufacturing engineering experience focused on PCBA and SMT.
• Hands-on experience developing production processes for PCB assembly and test.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; US work authorization; ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain assembly/test procedures, BOM/MBOM, and fixture specs.
• Collaborate with supply chain to qualify vendor lines for production.
• Support design reviews for manufacturability and DFM/DFT handoff.
• Develop functional and environmental test plans for PCBA.
• Drive continuous improvement, yield, and cost reductions using Lean methods.
