Qualifications

• 5+ years of avionics, electronics, electrical manufacturing, or related production experience.
• Experience supervising technicians in aerospace, defense, or high‑reliability environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing docs.
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards and electrical test tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and provide daily direction to a team of Avionics Manufacturing Technicians.
• Organize, prioritize, and assign work orders based on production needs and schedules.
• Monitor daily production execution, balance workloads, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Hands‑on support for complex builds, PCBA rework, wiring, integration, and test.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, planning, and supply chain to resolve issues.
