Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of avionics technician or electronics assembly experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring harness drawings.
• Experience performing soldering and PCBA rework.
• Familiarity with IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards.
• Ability to follow work instructions and controlled documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCBA soldering and rework, including jumpers and component replacements.
• Build wire harnesses, cable assemblies, PCBs, and electro-mechanical units.
• Assemble, integrate, and test avionics hardware and support equipment.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Support development and initial production builds.
• Set up and maintain tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and controlled documentation.
• Identify build issues and escalate to engineering or manufacturing leadership.
• Support process improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, ESD-compliant workspace.
• Monitor progress and support production priorities.
