Qualifications
3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing engineering focused on PCBA and SMT processes.
Hands-on experience in developing production processes for PCB assembly and testing.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with ITAR eligibility requirements.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain work instructions and assembly/test procedures.
Partner with supply chain to establish process capability and vendor qualification.
Support design reviews focusing on manufacturability and testing.
