Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a PCB/PCBA fabrication facility.
• 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or design.
• Familiarity with IPC-610 standards.

• Collaborate with design engineering to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Investigate production failures and drive continuous improvement.
