You will leverage your electrical design background to optimize PCBA designs for manufacturability (DfX) and drive manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Readiness & DfX: identify manufacturing routes and optimize flows for robust PCBA output.
• System-Level Technical Interface: translate requirements into actionable production instructions.
• Technical Problem Solving: lead root cause analysis for floor issues and implement corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: drive yields, reduce scrap, and optimize cycle times.
