Qualifications

• 6 months of PCBA or electronics assembly experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based assembly work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBAs), components, and electronic assemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Perform detailed assembly using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Follow established manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate, consistent production while meeting daily expectations
