Job summary

Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Assembler with 2+ years of PCB experience. This Temp-Direct role operates in the Chatsworth, CA area, with initial work in Van Nuys, CA before transferring to Chatsworth.

The position includes soldering, mechanical and electrical assembly, and meticulous production documentation to ensure quality and traceability. Pay is $26.00 per hour DOE. The candidate will perform a wide range of assembly tasks, read drawings, and maintain strict adherence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in electronics testing or troubleshooting.
• Willingness to follow IPC and J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation.
• US citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations including crimping, staking, bonding, press-fit, and fastening.
• Interpret and follow detailed drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Identify workmanship issues and support corrective actions.
• Follow documented work instructions for accurate product completion.
• Contribute to team objectives and meet daily production targets.
• Work overtime as needed and support continuous improvement.
• Adhere to Quality System and Instructions.
