Ducommun Incorporated is seeking a skilled Circuit Board Hand Solderer for our manufacturing team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will assemble and solder electronic components precisely onto printed circuit boards, maintaining high quality standards.
This role, primarily on the 2nd shift, demands strong attention to detail, and proficiency with hand soldering tools. Candidates should also be prepared to conduct quality inspections and perform necessary repairs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for precisely assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet quality standards for our high-tech products. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a steady hand to ensure every connection is strong and reliable.

The Hand Solder role is unique for individuals who like to use precision hand tools and soldering components like surface mount and through-hole.
Build through-hole (PTH) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines.
Physical abilities required include lifting, carrying, standing, walking, sitting, climbing, crawling, squatting or kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, fine manipulation, reaching outward, and reaching above shoulder. The job may involve handling 10 to 20 lbs continuously or occasionally, and occasionally 21 to 50 lbs. Hazardous waste handling requires proper safety measures. Must be able to successfully pass IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications.
