You'll operate, program, load feeding reels, inspect PCBs for defects, and perform routine equipment maintenance. This full-time on-site position offers stable hours and opportunities for skill development in a growing electronics

Qualifications

• Training or experience with IPC-610 standards; training provided if needed.
• Familiarity with ISO processes; training provided if needed.
• Experience in electronic assembly, component prep, insertion, soldering, and testing; training provided if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and program automated and semi-automated equipment used in PCB assembly.
• Program and operate computer-controlled SMT machines to place electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
• Prepare and load component reels or tubing into feeding mechanisms for SMT machines.
• Inspect assembled PCBs for defects, missing components, or placement issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal operation.
