Job summary

ASML is seeking an EO Electronics Repair Technician in Vancouver, WA to repair PCB assemblies and sub-assemblies, supporting diagnostic procedures and process improvements. You will solder and rework TH and SMD components, operate repair testers, and document findings with strong attention to detail.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams while following safety guidelines and job instructions to ensure high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years diagnosing and repairing electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• At least 2 years following written instructions, schematics, and repair procedures.
• Electronics manufacturing, repair, or testing experience preferred.
• Proficient in soldering, troubleshooting, and reworking TH and SMD components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Repair PCBs and sub-assemblies, supporting repair and diagnostic procedures.
• Solder and rework components (through-hole and surface-mount) per best practices.
• Operate diagnostic testers and interpret results to guide repairs.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to identify faults.
• Document repairs, findings, and test results clearly.
• Follow safety, ESD procedures, and established processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and properly care for tools.
