Federal Signal Corporation is seeking an Electronics Production Technician to operate and maintain PCB production lines in a fast-paced environment. You will set up equipment, perform functional tests, program chips, and troubleshoot a wide range of analog and digital assemblies including SMT and through-hole boards.
You will read blueprints, ensure quality, and document production data. Qualified candidates have a 2-year technical college degree, at least three years in related industry, and
Technicians will be responsible for the complete operation of PCB production area. Must be able to use hand tools, millimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators and other precision electronic instruments. Operator builds through-hole and SMT boards, inspects, test, repair, programs and troubleshoots a wide variety of analog and digital Electronic assemblies and warning systems consisting of variety of printed circuit boards. Will correct product performance to meet specifications and maintain quality standards.
