Job summary

Tracewell Systems in Lewis Center, OH, is seeking a hands-on PCB assembler to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role focuses on assembling and testing printed circuit boards, following process documents, and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

You will read schematics, perform soldering, and participate in material handling and inspection tasks with a team of technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling printed circuit boards (PCB) and/or surface mount.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Hands-on soldering skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication in a team environment.
• Knowledge of through-hole and surface-mount tech.
• Familiarity with QUAD Pick & Place is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Operate automatic equipment or hand solder for SMT boards.
• Visually inspect PCBs for defects.
• Document production and quality data.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
