The role collaborates with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service to align priorities with capacity and customer requirements. No prior PCB experience is required but helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 0–2 years of experience in production planning or related manufacturing.
• PCB/electronics manufacturing experience desirable.
• Familiarity with planning, scheduling, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update daily and weekly production schedules.
• Review work orders for accuracy and alignment with specs.
• Monitor schedules and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors to follow priorities.
• Track production progress to meet scheduled dates.
• Maintain ERP/MRP work orders and related records.
