Gorilla Circuits, a leading PCB manufacturer, seeks a Project Manager to be the primary contact for customers, coordinating orders and schedules while collaborating with Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality teams.

The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Nashua, NH with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of PCB/electronics manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and provide timely, professional, and responsive support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-through.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Operations to obtain production and scheduling updates and communicate accurate information to customers.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and job information within company systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist Sales with customer follow-up, account management, and identification of potential business opportunities.
• Escalate critical customer, delivery, production, or quality issues to appropriate management when necessary.
