Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in printed circuit board industry.
• Four year degree in science or related field.
• General knowledge of multilayer PWB manufacturing.
• Good oral and written skills.
• Ability to interface in a positive manner with co-workers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to manufacturing and optimize processes.
• Plan and execute projects per the Process Engineering Manager/Supervisor.
• Develop and document process controls for quality and efficiency.
• Establish test methods, perform evaluations, and analyze results.
• Provide technical input and informed judgment to disposition of discrepant material/product.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of established processes and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations.
