SpaceX Bastrop, TX is hiring a Mechanical Process Engineer for PCB production under the Starlink/Starmind programs. You will lead production-process development, equipment selection, and automation to scale PCB manufacturing to high volumes.

The role requires 1+ years in fluids or mechanical/electromechanical design with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of improving manufacturing reliability. On-site work is required at Bastrop facility.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience with fluids, mechanical, electromechanical design, and/or analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and optimize PCB manufacturing processes and equipment; scale to high volumes.
• Analyze production processes from first principles to improve yields and reliability.
• Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) to establish robust processes and hand off to production.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and cost/benefit analyses for new processes or machines.
• Own and test machines with a team of engineers and technicians; solve manufacturing issues.
