Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's in Materials/Engineering or Physics.
• 5+ years in a hands-on materials lab or similar role.
• Experience with thermo-mechanical tests or RF materials characterization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of characterization engineers and prioritize work.
• Ensure data quality, thoroughness, and timely delivery.
• Interface with Materials Engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Develop roadmaps for staffing, equipment, and facilities.
• Own lab safety and compliance, coordinate with EH&S and Facilities.
• Oversee procedural execution including time cards and procurement.
