Job summary

Westak Circuits is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the PCB manufacturing maintenance team in Forest Grove, OR. The role focuses on repairing, preventing maintenance, and installing production equipment, coordinating with Production, Engineering, and EH&S to keep downtime minimal.

You will manage maintenance staff, track tasks in JTS, and ensure safety and compliance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 5-10 years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance; PCB manufacturing is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in a direct leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance equipment, repair techniques, and equipment for PCB manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (single and three-phase), motors, and controls.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, time management, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and other staff.
• Schedule and assign daily and weekly maintenance tasks based on priority, skill, and workload.
• Monitor team performance and ensure work is completed on time and to standard.
• Document maintenance activities in JTS (CMMS).
• Respond quickly to equipment failures and minimize downtime with production.
• Assist with facility repairs including plumbing, basic carpentry, and minor construction as needed.
