Timber Products Co. is seeking a Technical Supervisor for their Particleboard mill in Medford, Oregon. This role involves overseeing the electrical department, managing maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in electrical/maintenance fields, preferably in manufacturing. Strong communication skills and technical training in electrical principles are essential. The position also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to read blueprints.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of electrical/maintenance supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of supervising industrial maintenance crews.
• Effective communication with personnel and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all equipment maintenance and repair activities at the plant.
• Develop and maintain the preventative maintenance program.
• Order parts and manage outside service contracts.

Educación
