Position Summary

As an AOI Inspector, you will play a crucial role in operating and overseeing AOI (YesTech Automated Optical Inspection), X‑Ray (YesTech X‑Ray) machines and performing visual inspection using a microscope to ensure accurate detection of defects or abnormalities in printed circuit boards, electronic components, and assemblies.

Requirements

• Experience using a personal computer and working knowledge of Microsoft software including Windows & Office.

Skills

• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed to meet customer needs and on‑time delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across different departments and levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in electronics manufacturing.
• Effective teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum two years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or equivalent.

Compensation

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
