Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience operating AOI and X‑Ray machines.
• Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610 and J‑STD‑001.
• Familiarity with electronic component identification.
• Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• Operate YesTech Automated Optical Inspection.
• Operate YesTech X‑Ray and perform visual inspection using microscope.
• Examine documents such as Assembly Instruction (AI) and change order (CO) for completeness and accuracy.
• Inspect first pieces by running the populated PCB through AOI and X‑Ray machines and visual inspection; review and complete first piece documentation.
• Notify appropriate personnel when discrepancies are found.
• Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and compliance standards.
