Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing processes and product quality improvements.
• Ability to perform process data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Comfort with engineering evaluations and documentation.
• Willingness to participate in safety and environmental training.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations with engineering tests and process evaluations.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues; work with Engineering for corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with production trials and process validation activities.
• Collect and document process measurements to support decisions.
• Monitor process control charts and report deviations.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD documentation.
• Provide training on equipment and processes to shop floor.
• Contribute to continuous improvement focusing on safety and quality.
• Follow hazardous waste handling and environmental procedures.
• Escalate issues per guidelines and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
