Job summary

Employee Magnets is seeking an ICT Engineer Level 2 to join our electronics manufacturing team. The role focuses on in-circuit test programming for PCBs, fixture development, and operating ATE equipment to validate assembly quality.

You will work with hardware engineers, develop test sequences in C, Python, or LabVIEW, and apply IPC standards while driving test efficiency improvements in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electrical/electronics engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of PCB testing, ICT programming, and experience with ATE systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement in-circuit test programs for PCB assemblies.
• Create fixtures and hardware to support prototypes through production.
• Operate and maintain ICT equipment (ATE: TRI, Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA).
• Troubleshoot test setups and diagnose failures at component level.
• Collaborate with design to ensure testability and improve manufacturability.
• Document test methodologies, results, and corrective actions.
• Calibrate ICT equipment and update software/hardware as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce test time and increase coverage.
