Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an In Circuit Test (ICT) Engineer to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

The role focuses on developing, executing, and maintaining ICT test processes to ensure the functionality and quality of PCB assemblies. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with ATE systems, PCB design, test automation, and debugging across the test lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of ICT systems, PCB testing, and ATE environments.
• Associate degrees with significant hands-on experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ICT programs to validate PCB assembly performance.
• Collaborate with hardware and design engineers to improve testability.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Calibrate, maintain, and upgrade ICT systems and test stations.
• Drive test coverage improvements and automate test scripts.
• Ensure IPC-A-610 and ISO compliance across processes.
• Create test documentation and train technicians.
