Qualifications

• Requires leading a maintenance team and developing staff.
• Experience documenting maintenance activities and KPIs.
• Experience with PM programs and equipment upgrades.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians to develop skills and performance.
• Plan and supervise preventative maintenance for production equipment.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Lead equipment upgrades and manage installation and commissioning.
• Order and track parts; manage inventory for maintenance activities.
• Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement in reliability.
