Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a maintenance technician with leadership history.
• Experience in carpentry, welding, machining, plumbing for chemical systems, HVAC, or PCB-related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team across all skill levels.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and schedules.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Plan equipment upgrades and coordinate with facilities/engineering.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts.
