Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a PCB manufacturing equipment maintenance manager to lead a diverse maintenance team in a San Jose-area facility. You will oversee preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership, hands-on expertise with plant equipment, and the ability to drive reliability improvements while coordinating upgrades and inventory. Relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a maintenance technician.
• Leadership experience in a maintenance department preferred.
• Advanced experience in carpentry, welding, machining, plumbing for chemical systems, HVAC, or water treatment; PCB knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a maintenance team with varied skill levels.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and records are accurate.
• Enforce safety policies and promote PPE use and safe practices.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime while supporting technicians.
• Design and implement equipment upgrades and coordinate with Facilities/Engineering.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts and supplies.
