Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Coverlay Operator to align, affix, book, and laminate coverlay material onto flexible layers. The role involves press setup, operation, and quality checks in a clean room environment with hairnets and strict process adherence.

The position requires reading blueprints, basic math, and strong communication skills. Prior PCB manufacturing experience is preferred, with health benefits and a structured 90-day evaluation period noted.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• PCB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run press set-up, operation, shutdown, and emergency shutdown.
• Operate soldering iron to remove material; handle various sizes and intricate parts.
• Operate coverlay press after flex material is tacked down.
• Verify temperature controls and monitor logs.
• Maintain clean room environment and follow safety procedures.
• Complete departmental documentation and quality checks on arrival and departure of product.
• Cross-train as needed to assist production.
