Job summary

Aerotek in Plano, TX is seeking a Conformal Coating Operator for a contract role onsite. You will coat printed circuit boards, use hand tools for touch-ups, and perform quality checks with a blacklight. The shift runs 7 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay range of $18.50–$21.50 per hour.

Ideal candidates have PCB assembly experience and familiarity with conformal coating techniques in an electronic manufacturing environment. This position is fully onsite in Plano, Texas.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with hand tools and PCB handling.
• Knowledge of conformal coating processes and SMT operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply conformal coating to PCBs accurately and efficiently.
• Use hand tools for assembly and manual touch‑ups on coated PCBs.
• Inspect coating quality using UV light and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Participate in general production and assembly line tasks.
