Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Chemical Lab Analyst for Starlink PCB production. You will support PCB manufacturing in a chemical and materials lab, performing analyses and reliability tests while meeting output and quality goals.

The role offers interaction with engineering teams and leadership, with hands-on work on new equipment and processes to improve yield. The ideal candidate has lab experience in a manufacturing setting, appreciates Starlink’s mission, and is prepared for a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1+ years hands-on chemical testing or an Associate's degree.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's in a STEM field.
• Experience with wet chemistry lab techniques and PCB-related analyses.

Responsibilities

• Execute test methods and chemical analyses to support PCB production lines.
• Collaborate with engineers to document test procedures.
• Improve lab processes to reduce costs and downtime while increasing yield.
• Provide failure mode feedback and support root cause analysis.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
