Job summary

Burton EMS is seeking reliable individuals to operate and support PCB assembly production equipment. Paid training is provided and a strong emphasis on quality and teamwork will help meet daily production goals.

Ideal candidates may have manufacturing or electronics exposure and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, with start times at 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM, and benefits begin after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or electronics experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to established procedures.
• Load materials and components into machines as instructed.
• Monitor equipment for smooth operation and consistent quality.
• Perform basic quality checks and visual inspections.
• Document production results accurately and maintain clean, organized workspace.
