Burton EMS is seeking reliable individuals to operate and support PCB assembly production equipment. Paid training is provided and a strong emphasis on quality and teamwork will help meet daily production goals.

Ideal candidates may have manufacturing or electronics exposure and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, with start times at 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM, and benefits begin after 60 days.

We're searching for reliable individuals to help operate and support production equipment used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following clear processes, and contributing to a team focused on quality and efficiency. Paid training is provided.

In this position, you will:

• Operate assigned production equipment according to established procedures.
• Load materials and components into machines as instructed.
• Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operation and consistent quality.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.
• Follow work instructions and document production results accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with ISO 9001 and 5S standards.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Prior manufacturing or electronics experience preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits start the 1st of the month after 60 days.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
