Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on PCBA experience (5+ years preferred).
Strong working knowledge of SMT/PCBA processes, including screen printer programming and solder paste inspection.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematic drawings.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of technical support for PCB assembly production.
Set up, inspect, and validate SMT equipment and processes.
Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and drive improvements.
