Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PCBA experience (5+ years preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of SMT/PCBA processes, including screen printer programming and solder paste inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of technical support for PCB assembly production.
• Set up, inspect, and validate SMT equipment and processes.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and drive improvements.
