Job summary

Kimco Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Rework Technician for an electronics manufacturing client in California. You will perform detailed assembly and repair work on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies, using surface-mount and through-hole soldering techniques. Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in assembly and soldering of through-hole and SMT components.
• Proficiency in hand soldering, including hot-air rework and BGA rework/reballing.
• Experience with PCB pad repair, component replacement, and modification.
• Ability to rework, troubleshoot, and repair PCBAs.
• Must meet ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assembly and repair work on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies and related subassemblies.
• Solder electronic components using both surface-mount and through-hole techniques.
