On the stuffing line, you will perform manual PCB assembly, placing small components with careful attention to visual guides and work instructions in a climate-controlled, stable environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle very small electronic components.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for an 8-hour shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in electronics assembly is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manual Component Placement: Carefully insert and place small electronic parts onto circuit boards according to visual guides and work instructions.
• Repetitive Assembly: Perform repetitive, high-volume hand-assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Quality Inspections: Visually inspect parts and boards before and after placement to ensure components are seated correctly and undamaged.
• Production Support: Cooperate with the production team to keep the line moving and prepare boards for soldering and inspection.
