Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an Electrical Assembler to build electrical components and systems with attention to detail. You will follow schematics, assemble to IPC 610 standards, and verify quality through SMT soldering and measurement checks.

You'll work in a manufacturing environment in South Brunswick, NJ, collaborating with engineering to troubleshoot, while maintaining safety and organized workspaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, SMT soldering, and soldering techniques.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specs.
• Experience with PLCs and automation equipment is preferred.
• Proficient use of calipers, ohmmeters and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to detailed schematics and drawings.
• Solder SMT components onto PCBs following IPC 610 standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to install wiring and parts.
• Verify placement and solder joints using calipers, meters and tests.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams for assembly procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot electrical issues and improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace following protocols.
• Assist in testing assembled units with PLCs and control systems.
