Job summary

Hunter Engineering Company in Raymond, MS is seeking a dedicated PCB Assembler to read MOS drawings and ECOs, route and lace cables, solder and terminate wires, and assemble connectors. You will follow verbal and documented work instructions while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers overtime opportunities and a clear path for advancement. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of cable or electronics assembly experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years cable assembly/electronic assembly experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with small components.

Responsibilities

• Read MOS drawings and ECOs and follow work instructions.
• Route and lace cables; attach hardware and seals.
• Replace defective components and wiring.
• Repair defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel.
• Measure and cut wire, cable, outer jacket and inner wire to length.
• Strip insulation off inner wires.
• Terminate wires and crimp terminals; solder where needed.
• Assemble plugs, connectors, and unique parts onto cables.
• Follow safety rules and promote a safe work area.
• Work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
