Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of AOI or electronic assembly inspection experience preferred.
• Experience with PCB assembly is a plus.
• Ability to use microscopes, calipers, hand tools, and inspection equipment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Able to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform AOI on PCB assemblies.
• Inspect electronic assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate, start up, and shut down AOI equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AOI machines.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Identify defects and stop production when quality issues are found.
• Maintain accurate inspection records.
• Assist with visual inspections and train new AOI operators.
