Job summary

Just Like Home Health Care 2 Inc in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. In this home-based role you will support clients with daily living activities and provide quality, personalized care in familiar surroundings.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, meals, and hygiene, document care accurately, and communicate updates to the care team. A NC CNA certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active and valid CNA certification in North Carolina.
• Experience in home health care or related patient care settings preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to Fayetteville area.

About the Role:

Just Like Home Health Care 2 Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Fayetteville, NC. If you have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives and providing quality, personalized care, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any changes to supervising nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure injuries
• Support patients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in the home setting
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Document patient care activities accurately and communicate updates to the care team

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
• Prior experience in home health care, long-term care, or a similar patient care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Fayetteville, NC area
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor toward clients and their families
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
