Job summary

Just Like Home Health Care 2 Inc in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in delivering personalized in-home care. The role focuses on assisting with daily activities, monitoring health, and supporting patients and families in a home setting.

The successful candidate will hold an active NC CNA license, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to follow care plans with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold active North Carolina CNA certification.
• Prior experience in home health care or similar patient care setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to supervising staff.
• Provide mobility assistance and reposition patients to prevent pressure injuries.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for patients.
