Qualifications

• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with repetition.
• Prefer health occupations background or interest in health-related career.

Responsibilities

• PCA trainees perform resident-related tasks under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and grooming needs.
• Serve meals, assist dining residents, and cue residents who require assistance.
• Support LNA with fluids and nourishments and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Charge Nurse and participate in team care.
