gpac LLC. is hiring a Remote PCA Sales Agronomist in California to drive sales of crop protection chemicals, fertilizers, and seed. You will work with growers, farm managers, and agricultural operations to provide expert agronomic recommendations and grow a strong book of business.

The role focuses on building relationships, offering tailored solutions, and staying current with industry practices to maximize yield and profitability for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, and crop protection preferred.
• PCA licensed required, CCA preferred.
• Current book of business in the industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crop production and pest management.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and agricultural customers.
• Scout fields and provide recommendations for pest, disease, and weed management.
• Sell and promote crop protection products, fertilizers, and seed.
• Develop new business while growing existing accounts.

GPAC has partnered with a top-rated Agriculture Company looking to add a few qualified PCA Agronomy Sales Advisor's to their team. Most urgent counties include;

Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, Monterey, Stanislaus, Colusa, and Sacramento.

Are you an experienced Sales Agronomist with a strong background in agricultural sales? We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team and help growers maximize crop health, yields, and profitability.

As a PCA Agronomy Sales Advisor, you'll work directly with growers, farmers, farm managers, and agricultural operations to provide expert recommendations and sell a full portfolio of crop protection chemicals, fertilizers, and seed.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and agricultural customers
• Scout fields and provide recommendations for pest, disease, and weed management
• Sell and promote crop protection products, fertilizers, and seed
• Develop new business while growing existing accounts
• Provide agronomic solutions tailored to each grower's needs
• Stay current on crop production practices, products, regulations, and industry trends
• Work closely with customers throughout the growing season to help optimize yields and profitability

What We're Looking For

• Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, and crop protection.
• PCA required CCA preferred
• A current book of business or established business relationships within the industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crop production and pest management
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop a customer base
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Agricultural degree or related experience
• Must currently reside in California and have a valid U.S. driver's license
