Job summary

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Preceptor to support the Redstone@Home Home Care team across Greensburg and nearby campuses. This full-time role focuses on orientation, on-the-job training, and ongoing education for staff to maintain high-quality resident care.

The position requires a PA driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred hospice/home health experience.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing, free of traffic violations.
Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Participates in orientation, on-the-job training, in-service and continuing education of home care staff.
Fulfill the job responsibilities of a HHA/PCA within a care plan.
Assists with office functions, including accounts payable coding and scheduling.
Maintains staff and client records and supports scheduling and billing.
Prepares orientation materials and educational resources as directed.
Uses computer systems to schedule client visits and adjust schedules.
Prints itineraries and responds to staff and client inquiries.
Runs reports to monitor data entry and payroll processes.
Participates in on-call rotations for Home Care.
