Job description

Job Title: PCA Personal Care Attendant

Join Benchmark Senior Living as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) and make a difference in residents' lives.

Pay Range

Base pay is $19.00/hr. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter for more details.

Schedule

Hours are 7am-3pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Ensure residents receive exceptional care using customer service skills.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA/PCA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is a plus.
