The Arbors of Bedford is looking for compassionate LNAs/PCAs to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Attendant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• Valid PCA/LNA license required. Trainings will be provided to receive PCA certification
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Experience working with people with dementia is desired
